Then call each of them up, have a chat, think it over—and DONE: you’ve found your best agent—time to get to work!
One practical aid that helps whittle down the candidates: in that “canvass the field” step, you’ll find most of the effort is spent on the web. In 21st-century real estate commerce, 91% (according to the NAR) of Realtors are present on social media, and the majority of buyers found their homes on the web. So it follows that whatever other qualities your best Annapolis real estate agent displays, being sophisticated, active and effective in the virtual world of web and mobile and social media is a baseline qualification. You’ll want to visit their website, interactive elements, and recency (if it looks like the last time they checked in was a couple of months ago, that’s not good)!
